We cover all of our products under warranty for 12 months, some items such as bicycle frames may have a longer warranty period (e.g. Giant frames have a lifetime warranty and some others have a limited lifetime [5 year] warranty. If you have an enquiry about the warranty period for a specific item, contact us. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear is not covered by our warranty policy. If the product is outside of warranty we can still repair it for you and we will discuss repair options with you.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 - In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.

- Complete all fields on the form & package the product with its retail packaging in original condition into a durable carton.

We recommend sending the packaged though a reliable courier company who provide insurance and track and trace for your protection.
- When we receive your return we will assess the product and contact you about the best solution. This may involve repairing the product or providing a replacement.
Keep a record of the track and trace number and courier receipt until you have confirmation that we have received it.
