Hedgehog Bikes use Fastway couriers, they offer a fast and reliable service with track and trace at a good price. As soon as we receive your order it will be sent off as soon as possible, deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
When your order is shipped we will email an order confirmation to your email address, this will contain a tracking number to use on our courier's website. As Fastway couriers use a track & trace system all items must be signed for so there must be someone present at the delivery address. Parcels cannot be left unattended.
If you have ordered a bike we will assemble it before shipping to ensure everything is working correctly and that all necessary parts are supplied. We will then pack it back into the box. This means the bike will arrive with the gears and brakes pre-adjusted. Depending on the bike model you will usually need to attach the handlebars, stem, pedals, seat post and front wheel. If you are at all uncomfortable with this work get in contact with us and we will organise for a reliable store in your area to do the assembly work.

Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing. We always endeavor to ship orders the same day they are placed. There can be extra delay depending on when the courier picks up outgoing orders and once the packaged order is in the couriers hands it is unfortunately out of our control.
If you require an order urgently or if it needs to be received by a certain date (for birthdays, etc) please give us a call on 0800 Hedgehog and we will let you know how long it should take to dispatch your order and do our best to make sure you receive it on time.
*In some cases (because we have such a vast array of products listed on our website) the product may not be held in stock so will need to be ordered from our supplier. Depending on their location this can add 1-2 days to processing your order.
*For Rural delivery addresses please allow 1-2 extra days for your package to arrive.
