At Hedgehog Bikes we’re here to help so if you’re unsatisfied with a product and you think we could help with explaining how it could work better for you or if you require more information on returns get in contact with us. Otherwise we’ll happily accept your return - We can suggest a replacement product, give you a refund or a store credit in the form of a voucher.
As long as you follow the instructions below you don’t necessarily need to contact us before making a return.
Unfortunately freight charges are not refundable. If an item is exchanged for another product then the outgoing freight for the replacement will be free.
How to return a product:
- Download our Online Returns Form here
- Complete all fields on the form & package the product with its retail packaging in original condition into a durable carton.

We recommend sending the packaged though a reliable courier company who provide insurance and track and trace for your protection.
Keep a record of the track and trace number and courier receipt until you have confirmation that we have received it.
Conditions:
- The responsibility of the product until it has reached us is yours; we cannot be responsible for lost parcels while in the hands of the courier company. Keep a record of tracking numbers and courier insurance details
- Goods must be returned with all retail packing, in its original undamaged condition
- Clothing must be returned with tags still attached
- Goods must be unused, unfitted and free from dirt or oil
- Returns must be made within 14 days of the date your order was shipped
- Goods must be returned with a completed copy of out Online Returns Form and a copy of the original invoice/receipt
- As a result of copyright laws we cannot accept returns on DVD’s and books
In-Store Returns:
If you would like to return products that you bought in one of our stores you will need to take it back to the store you purchased it from. The terms here may not necessarily apply as each store may have its own differing conditions of return for different item types. Likewise products purchased on our website cannot be returned to our physical stores unless it has been specifically organised with us.
Damaged items:
All goods are inspected before they leave Hedgehog Bikes and are in good condition. If your product arrives damaged report it to the courier company immediately and notify us within 3 days of receipt.
